This workshop is open to all UBC Staff and Faculty.

Over 95% of all workplace disputes can be resolved within the first 3 to 5 days of occurrence … if someone speaks up.

Erica Pinsky is a dynamic, results-oriented speaker, author and consultant whose passion is promoting respectful workplace cultures. She has worked with public, private and non-profit sectors in both federal and provincial jurisdictions.
